Founder & Metabolic Balance® Coach

Founder of Vitaliat, Kristin Uppal brings more than 20 years of experience in fitness, wellness, nutrition, and health coaching.

She is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Metabolic Balance® Coach, BCRPA Fitness Professional, and Wellness Educator who is passionate about helping individuals improve their health through practical, sustainable lifestyle change.

Kristin’s approach combines evidence-based nutrition, movement, metabolic health, and wellness education to help clients better understand their bodies and create lasting results. Rather than focusing on quick fixes, she helps clients build a strong foundation that supports energy, hormone balance, digestion, body composition, and long-term well-being.

As a certified Metabolic Balance® Coach, Kristin works with personalized nutrition plans developed from comprehensive blood analysis, allowing clients to follow a plan tailored to their unique biochemistry and health goals.

Through one-on-one coaching, educational courses, wellness workshops, and her signature 12-Week Metabolic Balance Reset Program, Kristin provides the guidance, accountability, and support needed to create meaningful and sustainable change.
